Recipe Atlas exists to celebrate the extraordinary diversity of world cuisine — from the intricate spice blends of Ethiopian berbere to the precise techniques of Japanese ramen. We believe that cooking another culture's food is one of the most respectful and joyful ways to understand it.
We currently feature 1,008 recipes across 87 countries and 7 regions. Every recipe is written to be genuinely achievable at home, with honest notes on technique, cultural context and the history behind each dish.
We research each recipe carefully, consulting multiple sources and traditional methods. Where a dish has strong regional variations we explain the differences and choose the most widely celebrated version as our baseline.
We love hearing from readers — whether you've cooked one of our recipes, spotted an error, or want to suggest a dish we're missing. Reach us at contact.jwgroup@proton.me
