Domoda

Senegal

The most eaten dish in the Gambia and southern Senegal. The peanut cultivation that makes this possible was established by Senegalese farmers.

Gambian peanut stew — a Senegambian peanut and vegetable stew very similar to mafé but more vegetable-forward, eaten with rice throughout the Gambia and Senegal.
