Amok

Cambodia

Considered the centrepiece of Cambodian royal cuisine. The kroeung paste is the heart of Khmer cooking.

Cambodia's national dish — fish or chicken steamed in banana leaf cups with a delicate coconut and kroeung lemongrass paste. Fragrant, silky and deeply sophisticated.
