Singapore's dining scene spans everything from hawker centre classics to some of Asia's most acclaimed fine-dining restaurants, and this event gives diners a chance to experience the latter at considerably more accessible prices, with dozens of participating restaurants offering special set menus.
While less a public festival than a structured restaurant promotion, the event has become a genuine fixture of Singapore's dining calendar, encouraging diners to try restaurants they might not otherwise book.
