London's flagship food festival, now over two decades old, bringing dozens of the capital's top restaurants to Regent's Park.
Held each June in Regent's Park, Taste of London has run for more than two decades and stands as one of the clearest showcases of the capital's restaurant scene in any single event. Over several days, dozens of London's most celebrated restaurants set up pop-up kitchens across the park, serving taster-sized portions of their signature dishes so visitors can sample a genuinely wide cross-section of the city's dining scene in one visit.
Alongside the restaurant offerings, the festival features live cooking demonstrations and hands-on workshops led by Michelin-starred chefs and rising culinary talent, plus a substantial market featuring more than 100 artisan producers selling everything from cured meats and caviar to oils, preserves and wine. The combination gives visitors both an immediate tasting experience and the chance to take a piece of it home.
For a city as vast and varied as London, whose food scene spans everything from centuries-old institutions to the newest experimental openings, Taste of London offers a rare, condensed way to sample a broad slice of it in a single afternoon in the park.
