Jordan's largest culinary gathering, drawing over 30,000 visitors and exhibitors from around the world.
Held each February at the Amman International Motor Show grounds, the International Jordan Food Expo has grown, since its launch in 2015, into Jordan's largest culinary gathering. Organised under royal patronage and now in its eighth edition, the expo draws exhibitors from around 30 countries — including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Russia — and has attracted over 30,000 visitors across its previous editions.
Unlike the more consumer-facing JIFF held later in the year, the Food Expo leans more toward the trade side of Jordan's food industry, bringing together producers, distributors and industry professionals from across the region. Still, the sheer scale and variety on display — spanning everything from packaged goods to fresh produce and hospitality equipment — makes it a genuinely useful window into the breadth of Jordan's food sector for any visitor with an interest in how the country's culinary economy actually functions.
For those specifically curious about where Jordan's food culture is headed commercially, rather than just what's on the plate, the Food Expo offers a different, more industry-focused perspective than the country's other major food events.
