Running since 1992, this festival spreads across dozens of New Orleans restaurants over several days, pairing the city's storied Creole and Cajun culinary tradition with wines from producers around the world. Proceeds have historically supported HIV/AIDS services in the city.
The format includes both large tasting events and smaller dinners hosted within individual restaurants, giving visitors a genuine tour of New Orleans's food scene beyond the handful of restaurants most tourists already know.
