Picadillo

Cuba

One of the great Cuban home dishes. The combination of olives, raisins and capers reflects Cuba's Spanish heritage.

Cuban spiced minced beef with olives and raisins — a sweet-savoury mince cooked in tomato with capers and olives. Served with rice, black beans and fried plantain.
