Boerewors Rolls

South Africa

Boerewors, meaning 'farmer's sausage', is central to the South African braai tradition and is regulated by law to contain a minimum meat content.

South Africa's iconic braai sausage, coiled and grilled over open coals, served in a bread roll with tomato relish — the centrepiece of any braai gathering.
