Cha Kroeung

Cambodia

The kroeung paste is Cambodia's culinary signature — ground lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, turmeric and garlic.

Lemongrass stir-fry — beef, chicken or frog's legs stir-fried with kroeung paste, kaffir lime leaves and green peppercorns. The kroeung paste makes it distinctly Khmer.
