Chicken Rice Chilli Sauce

Singapore

The three sauces of Singapore chicken rice, chilli, ginger and dark soy, are an essential part of the dish. Hawkers are judged as much by their chilli sauce as by the chicken.

A tangy, garlicky chilli sauce with ginger and lime. The signature dip for Hainanese chicken rice.
