Tom Kha Gai

Thailand

Tom kha is milder and more coconut-forward than tom yum. The two soups are Thailand's most famous pair.

Thai coconut chicken soup — a fragrant, silky soup of coconut milk with lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime and chilli. More elegant and subtle than tom yum.
