Leberkäse

Austria

Sold hot from heated trays in butchers' shops throughout the day. Viennese eat it for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.

Austrian meat loaf — despite containing neither liver nor cheese, this smooth, mildly spiced pork and beef bake is Vienna's most popular street food.
