Minestrone

Italy

Minestrone has no single fixed recipe — its name simply means 'big soup', traditionally made from whatever vegetables a household had on hand.

A hearty Italian vegetable soup loaded with beans, pasta and seasonal vegetables in a rich tomato broth — warming, wholesome, and endlessly adaptable.
