The simplest British dessert — crushed meringue, whipped cream and fresh strawberries folded together. A beautiful, effortless summer pudding.

Fold crushed meringue into whipped cream. Fold in crushed and sliced strawberries.
Spoon into glasses. Garnish with mint.
Fold, don't mix — you want visible ripples of strawberry through the cream, not pink cream.
