Blue Cheese Dip

United States

Blue cheese dip is the other half of Buffalo wings, invented at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York in 1964. The cool, funky dip tames the heat of the sauce.

A tangy, creamy dip full of crumbled blue cheese. The classic cooling partner for spicy Buffalo wings and celery sticks.
