Fattet Hummus

Fattet hummus is a beloved Lebanese breakfast dish, part of the broader family of 'fatteh' dishes built on a base of toasted or fried bread.

A Lebanese breakfast dish layering crisp toasted pita, warm chickpeas and tangy garlic yoghurt, finished with toasted pine nuts and butter — hearty and comforting.
