Tabbouleh

Lebanon

Tabbouleh spread globally through the Lebanese diaspora and is now one of the most recognised Middle Eastern foods worldwide.

Lebanon's herb-forward salad — masses of flat-leaf parsley with a little bulgur, tomatoes and a sharp lemon dressing. More herb salad than grain salad.
