Molho à campanha or vinagrete is the fresh counterpoint to Brazil's rich meats and beans. A spoonful on feijoada cuts through the fat of the pork.

A fresh Brazilian salsa of tomato, onion, pepper and vinegar. The classic table sauce for churrasco and feijoada.
