Arepas de Choclo

Colombia

A sweeter cousin of the everyday arepa, arepas de choclo are especially popular in Colombia's coffee-growing region.

Sweet corn arepas made from fresh choclo corn, griddled until golden and often filled with soft cheese — a beloved snack across the Colombian Andes.
